DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY:
As you know I make everything myself so please allow for 2-3 working days after your order is processed for accessories, and allow for 2-3 weeks for clothing as they are made to order after the order is processed. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Important Note / COVID-19 update:
Just a heads up, to help with social distancing, I am going less often to the post office.
Please allow an extra few days for your order to be shipped in the UK.
Deliveries for E.U countries & rest of the world will be dispatched after lockdown.
This is to ensure that your parcel doesn't go missing or get delayed when going through customs as the postal services all over are super overwhelmed
at the moment.

33bis Artisanal Edition understands that exchanges may happen. Returns will be accepted for exchange or a full refund.
For exchanges please get in contact with us here within 14 days and I will do my best to accommodate you!
As I am a small business, hand making each limited edition piece myself, I take time in checking the finer details before sending off any orders.
There should be no reason for damages however, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, I offer a 14-day returns policy (For UK & EU).
International orders may be exchanged within 30 days of ship date.
Before sending an item back please notify us via e-mail here and we will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition, with tags, unworn and unwashed. If the returned item is deemed to not be in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Once items are received in the required condition we will issue a refund and you will be notified via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us, 33bis Artisanal Edition are unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded, with the exception of goods deemed to be faulty.
SALE items are excluded from this Returns Policy. All sales on SALE items are final. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately here to let us know and we will try our best to remedy the situation!
