DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY:

Delivery:

As you know I make everything myself so please allow for 2-3 working days after your order is processed for accessories, and allow for 2-3 weeks for clothing as they are made to order after the order is processed. All orders are sent tracked for peace of mind.

If you are ordering for orders to be delivered to the EU, I strongly recommend you make your order at 33bis.fr as orders from that site will be sent from France and you will avoid any chance of being charged extra for your order.

Exchange:

For any purchase made on the 33bis Artisanal Edition online shop, I do not accept exchanges but only refunds! If you wish for a different size, colour or would just like a different item, simply return your item and place a new order! Returns:

As I am a small business, hand-making each limited edition piece myself, I take time in checking the finer details before sending off any orders.

There should be no reason for damages however if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, I offer a 14-day returns policy (For UK & EU). This excludes the reusable fabric face masks which are not eligible for returns due to the nature of this product for hygiene and safety reasons. International orders may be exchanged within 30 days of ship date.

How to make Returns:

1. Before sending an item back please notify us via e-mail here and we will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.

 

2. All returned items must be in the original condition, with tags, unworn and unwashed. If the returned item is deemed to not be in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

3. To the post office. Unfortunately, we do not offer free postal returns – you will have to pay for the postage unless you're returning faulty or damaged items.

Once the package is returned and received in the required condition, we will issue a refund this takes about 3 to 6 days. You will be notified via email. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us, 33bis Artisanal Edition is unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. This is why we recommend that you choose a shipment with a tracking number, in case the parcel is lost to ensure that there is proof of your shipment. In the case of lost returns without proof of your sending, we can not proceed to issue a refund.

 

SALE items are excluded from this Returns Policy. All sales on SALE items are final. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately here to let us know and we will try our best to remedy the situation!
